Adaptive Yoga & Tai Chi
Adaptive Yoga Classes are taught by healthcare professionals who are trained in adapting Yoga to meet the needs of their students. This class is open to anyone and is tailored to meet the needs of every individual. All levels of experience and ability are welcome. Tai Chi can help improve balance and strength and promote healing and wellness. It is a low impact form of exercise that is safe for all levels of ability and can be performed in sitting or standing. Adaptive Tai Chi uses gentle flowing movements while being mindful of body and spirit. Class Schedule and Location: Due to COVID-19 we are now having virtual classes.
